We offer comprehensive property maintenance services. Whether you are renting out property or live overseas and require someone to look after the maintenance of a property we can help.
If we are appointed to look after the maintenance then we will provide a discount on our hourly or quoted rates for any maintenance and repair works carried out by our team.
We can also look after general maintenance on an annual basis where we visit at set regular intervals and complete a condition report and findings of the property and landscape areas which are in need of upgrade or attention with pictures to discuss remedial measures.
